Introduction

These terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, which is operated by Laundry Pty Ltd trading as LaundDry (ABN 38 683 404 248) (“we”, “us” or “our”), and your Wash Dry Fold bookings made through it.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use this website.

We may change these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please check this page from time to time so you’re familiar with any changes.

Wash Dry Fold bookings

When you book Wash Dry Fold through this website:

  • You weigh your laundry on the scale at the laundromat and enter that weight in the booking form. The price is based on that weight, the turnaround you choose and any extras, as shown on our Pricing page.
  • A minimum charge applies, equal to the price of 6 kg for the turnaround you choose.
  • Same-day orders must be dropped off and booked by 10am (Sydney time).
  • You place your laundry in a locker secured with the PIN you choose. Please keep your PIN private.
  • Payment is made online when you book.
  • Pet items are washed separately, in our dedicated pet machines.
  • Please empty all pockets before dropping off.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (including copyright and trademarks) in the content and design of this website are owned by us.

You may, for personal use only, print a copy of any part of this website to view it. All other use, copying or reproduction of any part of this website is prohibited without our prior written approval.

This website may link to other websites, such as Laundry Load for pick up and delivery. These links are for your convenience only. We take no responsibility for the accuracy or currency of the information on those sites, and a link does not mean we endorse the information, goods or services on them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you on any basis (including negligence) for any loss or damage (however caused) arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or its contents.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or its contents under any statutory right that cannot be excluded is limited, at our option, to either resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

If you choose to use this website, you do so at your own risk.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and all related matters, are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
