Use the scale inside our laundromat before you drop off. Enter that weight when you book, and you pay for exactly that.
There’s a 6 kg minimum per load. Orders under 6 kg are charged at the minimum rate for the turnaround you choose.
Book and drop off before 10am and your laundry is ready the same day by 7pm. After 10am you can choose 24 or 48 hours.

Absolutely. Choose your wash temperature, add an extra wash or extra rinse, and leave a note when you book.
Yes. Pet items always get their own load on dedicated machines. Mark it as a pet load when you book and add a separate load for your other laundry.

We handle every garment with care. In the rare event of damage, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll work to resolve it promptly. We’re not responsible for delicate items that weren’t placed in a delicates bag, or items that were already damaged.
